Nikon Hosts Hundreds of Customers and Industry Partners at SPIE Events

After hosting 350 customers and industry partners at the recent LithoVision technical symposium held prior to SPIE Advanced Lithography, Nikon was very pleased to welcome more than 100 customers at our fun "Nothing but Lunch" event held at the San Jose Hilton and Towers. After days of presentations, poster sessions, and industry panels, our guests were clearly ready for a change of pace. Pleasant conversation and "non-convention center" fare were thoroughly enjoyed by all.
