| Standard Response | Optional coverage offered. Up to 24 hours per day, and up to 7 days per week. Response within 24 hours 100% of the time. |
| Premium Response | Optional coverage offered. Up to 24 hours per day, and up to 7 days per week. Response within 4 hours 90% of the time, and within 24 hours 100% of the time. |
